The really shitty part about being in love with someone is that when you’re mad at her, you want to treat her like your little sister, and scream about all of her flaws right into her face…. But since you’re in love with her, you can’t think of any flaws… God dammit.

I guess I just imagined that telling the truth would take me forward. But instead it brought me two steps back.
